One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Take the chop out 15 minutes early so it sears evenly.

How To Make It
  1. Season the chop with the salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chop 5 minutes per side until golden and it reads 145°F; rest it on a plate at least 3 minutes.
    145°F
  3. Cook the cabbage in the same pan 6 minutes until tender, then add the spinach for 1 minute until wilted; move them to the plate.
  4. Add the garlic for 30 seconds, then the water, cream and mustard, and simmer 2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spoon the sauce over the chop and vegetables.
  6. To keep it: cool it within 2 hours, portion it into a shallow lidded container, refrigerate up to 4 days, then reheat it covered for 2 to 3 minutes until steaming and 165°F in the center.
    165°F
Fix It: If the sauce splits, take it off the heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
Microwave
  1. Add the ingredients you would cook together to a microwave safe bowl along with their liquid.
  2. Cover loosely and microwave in one minute bursts, stirring between each, until hot through.
  3. Let it stand for a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
