Before You Start
Use a mug that holds at least 12 oz so the batter has room to rise.
How To Make It
Mash the banana in a large mug until smooth.
Whisk in the egg, milk, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until no dry spots are left.
Microwave on high for 75 to 90 seconds, until the cake rises and the top looks set and dry.
Rest 1 minute and serve with the greek yogurt on top.
