One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Core the apples with a spoon so each half has a hollow.

How To Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Set the apple halves cut side up in a small baking dish and brush them with the olive oil.
  3. Mix the walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg and pack it into each hollow.
  4. Bake 22 to 25 minutes, until a knife slides in easily and the walnuts are toasted, then top each half with greek yogurt.
Fix It: Still firm at 25 minutes? Bake 5 more; thick apples take longer.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
