Before You Start

Set out a clean jar with a lid and give the chia and oats a quick measure so you can build it in one go.

How To Make It
  1. Stir the chia seeds and cinnamon into the coconut water in a jar until well mixed with no dry clumps.
  2. Add the oats and stir again so they are all submerged in the liquid.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight, or at least four hours, until thick and spoonable.
  4. In the morning, mash the banana, stir it through, and serve cold.
Fix It: If it is still soupy in the morning, stir in a spoonful more chia and give it ten more minutes to set.
