Before You Start

Measure the oat milk, oats, and almond butter, and have a tall glass ready.

How To Make It
  1. Add the frozen blueberries, banana, almond butter, rolled oats, and oat milk to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if it catches.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, and if it is too thick, blend in a splash more oat milk.
  4. Drink it cold.
Fix It: If it is grainy from the oats, let it sit 2 minutes and blend once more so the oats soften and smooth out.
