Before You Start

Line the pan with parchment so the loaf lifts out clean.

How To Make It
  1. Heat the oven to 350°F and line a small loaf pan with parchment.
  2. Blend 1.5 cups of the oats into flour, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the whole oats, chia, flax, baking powder and rosemary, then the eggs and greek yogurt, until thick.
  4. Spread into the pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool 20 minutes in the pan before slicing.
Fix It: Loaf gummy in the middle? Bake 5 minutes more next time.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 35 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
