Before You Start
Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder shake.
How To Make It
Pour the water into the blender first.
Add the pineapple, mango, strawberries and chia seeds.
Blend on high 45 to 60 seconds, until smooth.
Pour it into a glass and drink it cold.
Fix It: Too thin? Add 1/4 cup more frozen fruit.
