Before You Start

Freeze the banana slices ahead so it tastes like a milkshake.

How To Make It
  1. Pour the milk into the blender.
  2. Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, greek yogurt, banana, and flaxseed.
  3. Blend on high about 1 minute, until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and drink it cold.
Fix It: If the peanut butter sticks to the side, stop, scrape it down, and blend again.
